Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to Canada and the United States only. To make sure that orders get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address, highway number and/or a contact number with your order.

All prices are in CANADIAN dollars unless otherwise noted. Prices do not include taxes or shipping and handling fees. The price charged for an order will be the price in effect at the time the order is made.

The table below lists tax rates according to shipping destinations within Canada. Taxes are applied on the total of the order including shipping and handling charges. Please note that GST (Good and Service Tax) is charged to all customers in Canada, HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) to applicable Provinces and Territories and PST (Provincial Sales Tax) to orders shipped within Ontario.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges nor are we able to estimate what they would be. It is strongly suggested that you check with your local Customs Department for more information or for an estimate of these charges.

Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. Defective products may be returned within 10 days of receipt under the following conditions.

Defective products may be returned for exchange
The customer pays for the return shipping
